Floella Karen Yunies Benjamin, a.k.a Floella Benjamin, is a Trinidadian- British actress, politician, singer, author, presenter, and businesswoman. She is best known as the host of children’s programs including Play School, Play Away, and Fast Forward. Floella Benjamin DBE, DL was born on 23^rd September 1949 in the town of Pointe-a-Pierre in Trinidad and Tobago. She is 73 years old as of 2022.
