Sharly Modak is an Indian Actress, model, blogger, and social media influencer from Jalpaiguri. SharlyModak was born on 28th December 1998 in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, India to Asim Kumar Modak (father) and Purabi Modak (mother). Her father is a Government employee and her mother is a housewife. She also has two sisters whose names are Labani Biswas and Haimanti Barman.
Sharly Modak is most famous for her role as Bhagyasreeaka Bhagyain in the Bengali TV serial Bhaggolokkhi by Shashi Sumeet Productions. The shooting of Bhaggolokkhi was supposed to begin in March 2020 but due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, the shooting was postponed to a later date. Therefore, the shooting was delayed and the serial aired on 21st March 2021 on Star Jalsha.
Sharly graduated from Surandranath Women’s College with a degree in Mass Communication and Journalism. After she completed college, she began to work as an actor. In 2019, she made her acting debut with the Bengali TV serial Chirodini Ami Je Tomarwhich aired on 29th July on ColorsBangla. Sharly then played Bhagyasree in the serial Bhaggolokkhi in 2020 after which she started working in the serial LokkhiKakima Superstar as Hongshini in 2022.
