Ashton Taylor is a Scottish professional football player, athlete, business owner, digital content creator, and social media personality. Ashton Taylor is best known for playing for Kilmarnock Football Club which is commonly known as Killie. Ashton came to the spotlight when he and fellow footballer Ryan Hedges was signed to the Aberdeen Football Club, which competes in the Scottish Premiership and has never been relegated from the top division of the Scottish Football League system since they were promoted in 1905.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ashton began his career as a footballer at the age of 10 when he started playing at Tranmere Rovers as a youth team player. He signed as a first-year scholar at Tranmere Rovers in 2007 and in 2009 he signed his first professional contract with the club. In the March of 2009, Ashton scored a hat-trick in a 4-1 win over Lancaster City in the Northern Premier League Division One North which proved his talent as a footballer. He signed for Scottish Premiership side Aberdeen on 28th<\/sup> May 2014 and made his debut on 11th<\/sup> July against FK Daugava Riga in the Europa League first qualifying round second leg. On 5th<\/sup> July 2017, he signed a three-year contract with EFL League One club Northampton Town followed by a two-year deal with Aberdeen on 4th<\/sup> June 2019. After joining League Two side Walsall on a two-year deal on 7th<\/sup> July 2021, he returned to Scotland on 14th<\/sup> January 2022 to join Scottish Championship side Kilmarnock on an 18-month deal. He has since been playing as a defender for Kilmarnock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
