As a content creator, she is best known for her videos on her YouTube channel. Most of her videos are on mental fitness and health. Out of all the things that come under the topic of mental fitness, she has made videos on Psychology concepts, nutritional psychiatry, anger management, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or ADHD, personality disorders, relationship mastery, psychotic illness, anxiety disorders, self-help and self-improvement, affirming meditations, bipolar disorder, and mild to major depression. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tracey Marks was born and brought up in Georgia, United States of America. From 1985 to 1989 she went to the Duke University in Durham, North Carolina and after acquiring her Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering she opted for an MD in Medicine at the University of Florida: College of Medicine. She joined the University in the year 1992 and graduated in 1996. Thereafter she worked as a Forensic Psychiatrist at Behavioral Medicine Institute of Atlanta from July 2001 to December 2005.
