Taylor Bell was born and brought up in California, United States of America. From 2012 to 2016, she went to Sierra Canyon High School and in 2017 she studied Spanish Language and History at Instituto Internacional. Later in 2019, Taylor studied International Business at University of Barcelona in Spain. At that time she was also studying International Studies at University of Pennsylvania.
